 I’ve never heard of Nileos Office Furniture – Who are you?

Nileos Office Furniture is owned by Alan Desk Business Interiors Inc. and it’s a separate brand that focuses only on furniture that is in stock or is part of a quick ship program. Alan Desk Business Interiors Inc has been in business since 1941.

I am not finding what I’m looking for, what should I do?

Because Nileon Office Furniture only specializes in furniture that is part of a quick ship program or is in stock, colors, style, and sizes are limited. Please visit alandesk.com to see examples of the many manufacturers that we carry. If even still you do not find what you are looking for, we also do custom furniture if your budget allows it.
 

Do you offer design services for free?

We offer 3 free hours of design services, after that we can give you an estimate of how many more hours it will take and we would charge $75 per hour.
 

Do you charge sales tax outside of CA?

Not at the moment.
 

Do you offer delivery and installation services?

We do offer delivery and installation services for customers in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and San Francisco area.
 
If you are outside of these areas, please contact us and we will help you find an installation company that specializes in receiving and installing office furniture.
 

Do you offer coupons and discounts?

We do and therefore it is very important for you to sign up for our Newsletter. On some items we offer quantity discounts so the more you buy the more you save.
 

Do you price match against your competitors? 

It would be in a case by case basis. What we discovered while building this website is that many of our competitors have outdated pricing. In the time it took us to build this site, there were 1 – 3 price increases from our vendors because of raising prices and shortage of materials and we saw no price update on their part. This means that once you place an order with them, there is bound to be delays which I won’t go into detail based on our own experiences. Make sure you sign up for our monthly newsletter and you can get an additional 15% discount.
