Cancellations & Changes Policy

Most orders are submitted to be fulfilled or produced as soon as the order is placed. Please call us immediately if you would like to cancel or modify your order. We will make every effort to cancel or modify your order before it is entered into production, or prepared for shipment, but if the order has already entered production, staged for pick up, or shipped, the returns policy will apply.

If you have critical changes to your order, we highly recommend you call us at 855-696-3987 during our business hours for immediate service.

Return Policy

In order to provide competitive pricing, return requests based on “No longer needed / or wanted”, “The furniture does not fit”, or any other reason where you as the end user are at fault,  are handled on a case by case basis and will incur a 35% restocking fee if approved. Please be aware that most of our vendors do not accept returns. Our company does not keep inventory of the products that we show on this website, they are all drop-shipped directly from distribution points across the United States. If your return is approved, shipping charges to send the furniture back to the vendor will be deducted from your refund. All items must be returned in the original packaging. In order to avoid furniture being ordered in the wrong size, configuration, or color, we offer free design services for up to 3 hours to make sure your project is a success. Please take advantage of this service to minimize a bad experience. 

What’s not returnable under any circumstances?

  • Bulk orders – Quantity of 4 and greater
  • Special order items
  • Items on clearance or sale 
  • Items that have been delivered for more than 7 days. 

**No credit will be given if goods cannot be sold as new 


The guidelines below apply to all returns, however some brands have other rules that apply:

  • An RMA number is required for all returns. Please do not return any items without first receiving your RMA number. RMA number must be requested within 5 days of receipt of product.
  • You’ll be responsible for shipping the furniture to the return address provided with the RMA number.
  • All returned items must be disassembled and repackaged as they were originally received. Items not returned in this condition may be subject to additional fees or no refund will be given.
  • Return approvals can take 3-6 business days. Once approved, return instructions will be sent via email
  • Returns are usually processed within 3 business days of receiving the item. A refund will be issued once the item has been inspected. A typical refund can take up to 5 days to be processed by your credit card provider.
  • We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit, you will be responsible for filing a shipping claim.
  • Return requests after 7 days will be automatically declined. 

Damages / Shortage Claims

  • When receiving your order, always confirm the number of cartons and inspect for signs of damage. Make sure you take pictures of the box if there are any signs of damage. 
  • Ask the common carrier, UPS or FeDEX driver to make a note if the box shows signs of damage.
  • Discrepancies or concealed damage found upon opening the shipment must be reported in writing via email  at cs@nileos.com within 3 business days or customer waives right to submit a claim.
  • Damaged products must not be removed from point of delivery and must remain in original packaging for inspection by the carrier.
  • Nileos Office Furniture is not responsible for damages caused by the user after delivery.
  • Nileos Office Furniture reserves the right to request a return of damaged or defective products.
  • Damaged chairs will be replaced. Refunds are not an option. 

Errors by Nileos Office Furniture or our vendor

If we made an error or if our vendor made an error we promise to make it right. 

We will offer: 

  • Full refund (As soon as incorrect product is shipped back at our expense).
  • Deep discount on wrong product if you wish to keep it. 
  • Exchange for correct product.
